Carlsbad, Calif. (July 8, 2015) – Unire Real Estate Group is pleased to announce the addition of almost 100,000-square-feet to its office portfolio, with one large project slated to begin in about 60 days. Escrow closed July 2. The two-building office property is situated on almost 6 acres in San Diego County within the Carlsbad Research Center. Unire Group will be handling property and construction management for the asset, which is owned by an undisclosed partner. More details about the large capital project will be disclosed after the close of escrow. This puts Unire Group’s footprint in San Diego County at 1.5 million-square-feet with 19 buildings.
